4K201 is the ultimate 4K Ultra HD standalone digital microscope featuring exceptional high definition digital camera technology to deliver 4K Ultra HD resolution motion video without lag. When paired with a 24” UHD monitor, the manual focus system has possible magnification range of 4x-91x, or 5x-106x on 28″ UHD monitor. With long working distance range of 4.5” to 12” and field of view range 0.26″ to 5.46″, the 4K201 is ideal for assembly, inspection, training, real-time viewing, image capture and motion video documentation applications. The digital microscope is a fully-functioning standalone system because images can be saved in bmp or raw formats (3840×2160) directly to the TF (micro SD) card. The camera also has built-in measurement software; camera and measurement settings can be controlled easily with a mouse while connected to the 4K monitor via HDMI output. No computer connection is needed!
The 4K201 can be configured with various stands, such as basic stand, universal boom stand, dual sliding arm stand, and articulating arm stand. The system includes an adjustable high intensity LED ring light to provide bright uniform lighting during inspection, and also comes with a diffuser glass filter in case application requires glare reduction from highly reflective parts. Depending on application requirements, there are also polarizer lighting, dual arm goose arm lighting, and other lighting options for the 4K201. The optional laser light pointer accessory is also a great option for applications requiring locating the inspection area. If manual measurements are preferred, XY measurement stages are also available.
