HD806 is a high magnification HD 1080p digital microscope that can be paired with a 12″ or 24″ HD monitor to offer great image quality at 60 frames per second for inspection and real time viewing. High resolution 6 mega pixels (3264×1836) images and 1080p full motion video can be saved direct to SD card for documentation, training and discussion with other engineers or colleagues without requiring PC connection. Full camera settings can be easily adjusted with a mouse, which is interfaced directly with HD camera. The manual focus digital microscope also has integrated measurement tools to further allow use as a standalone unit without computer connection. If needed, HD806 also has dual HDMI and USB output for direct connection to computer via USB port for video measurement application and also direct image and video capture to computer.
The HD 1080p high magnification digital microscope has long working distance range from 1.5 inch to 10.6 inch, providing good clearance for production, QC, QA, FA and R&D applications. The system has a possible video magnification of 2x to 982x on a 12” Retina HD monitor, and possible 6x to 2032x magnification on 24” HD monitor. Choosing the 12” HD monitor is ideal for eliminating monitor footprint on work bench. The standard diagonal field of view range on the HD806 is possible 0.6mm to 95mm (0.012 inch to 3.7 inch), with additional front adapters, rear couplers, and objective lens available to achieve desired FOV range as needed. HD806 comes with a high intensity LED ring light with adjustable dimmer for bright and uniform lighting.
The HD806 is available with a variety of stands: articulating arm stand, basic stand, back lighting stand, dual arm ball bearing sliding stand, or universal stand. . Viewing angle of the digital microscope can be changed from top down to oblique side profile with the appropriate stand. Articulating arm stands can be mounted using clamps to work bench edge or hard mount to table surface. In addition to video measurement software, X-Y measurement stage with cross hair on monitor screen is also a popular option for routine measurement applications. Other lighting options, including internal coaxial lighting (bright field lighting for wafer, die or cross section), polarizer lighting, dual arm fiber light guide and fluorescent are also available. Laser pointer is also great for locating the inspection area. We can also customize the system to match your special needs.

The HD806 HD 1080p high magnification digital microscope has extensive measurement functionality, which includes: freehand lines, rectangles, polygons, circles, bicircles, angles, point-line distance, etc. The integrated measurement software can also measure the perimeter & area of enclosed features (i.e. rectangles, polygons, and circles). The unique calibration and magnification functions coupled with the ability to export the results to Excel or text files make the measurement process simple and convenient.
