USB306 is the ultimate high definition USB 3.0 digital microscope offering superb image quality at 41 frames per second high refresh rate for inspection and real time viewing. The USB 3.0 microscope camera features a cutting-edge Sony sensor to provide high resolution 6 mega pixels (3072×2048) images and HD 1080p full motion video are saved directly to computer via USB 3.0 output. USB306 includes measurement software and image processing software for extended depth of field and image stitching on PC, which is beneficial for documentation, training and communication with other engineers or colleagues.
The manual focus USB 3.0 digital microscope comes standard with 3 front adapters (0.5x, 1x, 2x) and 2 rear couplers (1x, 0.5x) for a large field of view range of 0.034 inches to 2.26 inches (0.9mm to 57.4mm). With all optional adapters, the system has possible long working distance range of 1.5 inches to 10.6 inches (39mm to 270mm) and up to 3.77 inches (95.7mm) largest FOV, allowing good clearance for production, QC, QA, FA and R&D applications. For even higher magnification applications, optional objective lenses are available to achieve down to smallest FOV of 0.0007 inches (0.017mm).
The USB306 can be paired with various microscope stands, such as articulating arm stand, basic stand, back lighting stand, dual arm ball bearing sliding stand, or universal stand. Articulating arm stands can be configured with clamps to mount onto work bench edge or hard mount to table surface. Depending on stand chosen, viewing angle can be adjusted from top-down viewing to oblique side profile viewing. The system comes with high intensity LEDs and adjustable dimmer to provide bright, uniform lighting; other lighting options available include internal coaxial lighting (bright field lighting for wafer, die or cross section), polarizer lighting, dual arm fiber light guide and fluorescent lighting. Laser pointer is also a great accessory for locating the inspection area. The USB306’s video measurement software can be supplemented with optional XY measurement stage while generating cross hair on monitor screen for routine measurement applications.
