3D-HD906 is an outstanding high definition 1080p 3D viewing digital microscope and has an 12.5” HD monitor for superb image quality at 60 frames per second for inspection and real time viewing. High resolution 2 mega pixels (1920×1080) images and 1080p full motion video can be saved directly to the SD card without PC connection, making it ideal for documentation, training and discussion with other engineers or colleagues. All camera settings can be easily adjusted with the remote control, which is interfaced directly with the HD camera.

The 3D viewing digital microscope has a fixed working distance of 3.4″ (86 mm) for straight viewing, and 2.04″ to 2.75″ ( 52 to 72 mm) working distance with 3D attachment for excellent clearance for electronic and industrial production, QC, QA, FA and R&D applications. Viewing angle can be manually changed from 2D straight viewing to 3D observation (360 degree rotation, or 45 degree objective viewing angle) with ease. With the built-in 12.5″ HD monitor, the system has a possible video magnification from 9x to 265x. The microscope system can also connect with a larger 24 inch HD monitor for possible 18x to 508x video magnification. The 3D-HD906 3D viewing digital microscope has a possible 0.047″ to 1.31″ (1.2 mm to 33.3 mm) diagonal field of view and includes high intensity LEDs with adjustable dimmer for bright and uniform lighting.

This manual focus HD inspection system can be configured with various microscope stands, including but not limited to articulating arm stand, basic stand, back lighting stand, dual arm ball bearing sliding stand, or universal stand. The articulating arm stands can be configured with clamps to mount onto bench edge or hard mount to table surface as alternative mounting options. In addition to video measurement software, X-Y measurement stage with cross hair on monitor screen is also a popular option for routine measurement applications. Other lighting options are available: internal coaxial lighting (bright field lighting for wafer, die or cross section), polarizer lighting, dual arm fiber light guide and fluorescent/halogen. Smart Measurement Tools Built Inside the Camera (allow up to 10 calibrations)

Although 3D-HD906 3D viewing digital microscope does not include measurement tools, you can consider the HD806 model for integrated measurement software. The measurement software provides a variety of measurement functionality, including: freehand lines, rectangles, polygons, circles, bicircles, angles, point-line distance and much more. HD806’s measurement software can also measure the perimeter & area of enclosed features such as: rectangles, polygons, and circles. Measurement results can easily be exported into Excel or text format.
