4K202 is the ideal 4K UHD digital microscope for applications requiring small field of view for detailed micro-inspections. The system can be paired with 24 or 28 inch 4K Ultra HD monitor paired to deliver possible magnification of 5x-1480x (24”) or 17x-37003x (28”) while featuring long working distance range of 1.8” to 13”. With a field of view range of 0.038″ up to possible 3.2″, it works great for assembly, inspection, training, real-time viewing, image capture and motion video documentation applications. The 4K202 has sophisticated high definition digital camera technology to deliver 4K Ultra HD resolution motion video with no lag time.
The manual focus digital microscope has a TF (micro SD) card that images can be saved directly to in bmp or raw formats (3840×2160) without requiring a computer connection. The 4K202 also has integrated measurement software built in to the camera, allowing for complete measurement functionality as a standalone inspection unit. Camera and measurement settings can be easily controlled with a simple mouse connection and monitor connection via HDMI output.
The 4K202 4K UHD digital microscope comes standard with an adjustable high intensity LED ring light to bring bright uniform lighting to inspections, and also includes a diffuser glass filter for applications requiring glare reduction on highly reflective parts. Other lighting options, such as polarizer lighting and dual gooseneck arm lighting, are also available. The optional laser pointer accessory can also be used with the system to visually pinpoint inspection area. The 4K UHD digital microscope can be paired with a variety of stands, including basic stand, universal boom stand, dual sliding arm stand and articulating arm stand. XY measurement stages can also be used for applications benefiting from manual measurements over digital video measurements.
