HDAF100 is an outstanding HD 1080p economy auto focus microscope with HDMI output that can connect directly to any HD 1080p monitor with HDMI input for real time viewing, inspection, training, discussion and presentation. The system comes with a small basic stand to provide standard field of view range of 1.6 inches to 0.14 inches at working distance range of 0.9 inches to 8.9 inches. On the HDAF100, field of view size is changed by adjusting working distance. If needed, an optional taller stand is available to increasing working distance up to 18 inches to allow for larger field of view size and lower magnification observations. The optional multiplier lens is also available to further decrease the microscope’s field of view size down to 0.04 inches at 0.24 inches working distance.
The HDAF100 economy auto focus microscope is not limited to the included basic stand or taller stand options. An optional 3 inch horizontal arm can be added to the included basic stand to extend 6.75 inches throat depth for viewing components on a larger sample. . Other stands, such as universal stand, dual gliding arm stand and articulating arm stand are available for custom applications.
The system has integrated LED Ring light with adjustable intensity for proper illumination to optimize image quality. All HDAF100 functions can be controlled by the included remote controller for Optical Zoom, Step Zoom, Single Auto-Focus, Continuous Auto-Focus, LED Control, Exposure, Calibration of Focusing System, FOV and Magnification Data, Video Ratio, Sharpness, Freeze, AWB. Depending on your application, the auto focus feature can be set to single or continuous mode in accordance to inspection requirements.
Although designed for independent inspection usage, the HDAF100 system can be paired with an optional recording device so that 2 MP images (1920×1080) and full motion video (HD 1080p) can be saved. Optional video measurement software is also available for applications requiring occasional measurements. Other accessories, such as polarizer lighting, XY measurement stages and laser pointers, can be added to the final configuration of the HDAF100 economy auto focus microscope.
