HDAF206 is the optimal HD 1080p high magnification auto focus microscope with Wi-Fi features. The system has HDMI output to hook up directly to 12″ or 24″ HD monitor to offer superb image quality at 60 frames per second for inspection and real time viewing, and an SD card to directly save media onto. High resolution 2 mega pixels (1920×1080) images and 1080p full motion video can be saved onto the SD card for documentation, training and communication with other engineers or colleagues, all without computer connection. Full camera settings can be easily adjusted with a mouse, which is interfaced directly with HD camera. For applications requiring direct connection to computer, the HDAF206 also includes a Wi-Fi adapter that can be connected through the USB port for PC video measurement application.
The high magnification auto focus digital microscope offers long working distance from 1.5 inch to 10.6 inch with possible diagonal field of view range of 0.9mm to 95.7mm (0.034 inch to 3.77inch) to provide sufficient clearance for production, QC, QA, FA and R&D applications. When paired with a 12” HD Retina monitor, the microscope has possible video magnification rage of 6x to 1416x, and possible video magnification range of 6x to 1416x on a 24 inch HD monitor. For applications with limited benchtop space, a 12” HD monitor is a great option since it mounts directly onto the camera and eliminates monitor footprint on work bench.
The HDAF206 inspection system is available with various microscope stands, such as articulating arm stand, basic stand, back lighting stand, dual arm ball bearing sliding stand, or universal stand. Articulating arm stands can be configured to mount using clamps to work bench edge or hard mount to table surface. Depending on stand configuration, viewing angle can be changed from top-down to oblique side profile viewing. While the system includes a high intensity LED ring light with adjustable dimmer, other lighting is also available for various application needs. Options include internal coaxial lighting (bright field lighting for wafer, die or cross section), polarizer lighting, dual arm fiber light guide and fluorescent lighting. The laser pointer accessory is a good solution for applications requiring visually pinpointing inspection area. In addition to video measurement software, XY measurement stages can be paired with cross hair on monitor screen as a popular supplement for routine measurement requirements. HDAF206 High Magnification Auto Focus Digital Microscope with Integrated Measurement Software (No PC needed or with Wi-Fi connection)
The HDAF206’s integrated measurement software UI shown below allows for complete functionality as a standalone unit without connection to PC. It includes the Camera Control Panel on the left side of the video window, the Measurement Toolbar on the upper side of the video window, the Synthesis Camera Control Toolbar on the bottom of the video window and the Auto Focus Control Panel on right side of the video window.
The Camera Control Panel pops up when user moves mouse cursor to the left side of the window, while the Synthesis Camera Control Toolbar pops up when mouse cursor is moved towards bottom of the window.

When the high magnification auto focus microscope camera is directly connected to computer via Wi-Fi connection, the PC-side measurement software offers image stitching as well as extended depth of focus capabilities. Image stitching allows multiple still images to be pieced together to form one large combined image, which is useful for applications that require larger field of view while maintaining detailed image quality. Extended depth of focus allows multiple still images to be stacked together so that imaging of components on various planes will all be in complete focus, creating one superior image with an extended depth of field of this single area.
Auto Focus Digital Microscope Camera with Wi-Fi Specifications
