The HD-A03001 is an HD 1080p economy all-in-one digital microscope with integrated 12” HD monitor that provides high quality imaging and also has ability for ergonomically tilting angle adjustments to ensure operator’s comfort without neck or eye strain. The manual focus digital microscope has magnification range of 12x to 78x on the 12” monitor at 3.8” working distance (diagonal field of view range of 0.11″ to 0.91″). It is also capable of possible magnification range of 9x to 117x with optional 0.75x and 2x objective lenses. The imaging can be displayed onto other monitor screens simultaneously with an HDMI output splitter, which can be beneficial in educational settings. The system would achieve up to 234x magnification (with optional objective lenses) on a 24” HD monitor. The microscope is equipped with a track stand to enable smooth vertical height adjustments, and built-in LED lighting with adjustable intensity for uniform lighting.
The HD-A03001 all-in-one digital microscope is designed to function completely as an independent inspection unit. It has HDMI output and can save images and videos directly to USB drive. Still images are saved in 2 MP resolution (1920×1080) and motion HD videos saved in 1080p resolution. The microscope also has built-in measurement tools that provide 14 different measurement functions, including point to point line measurement, angle measurement, circular and perimeter measurements and more. All measurement and camera functionalities can be controlled with USB mouse. Measurements can be saved directly onto the images or exported to in excel format onto the USB drive. The system itself cannot be connected to a computer.
The HD-A03001’s live inspection viewing, camera/video capture and measurement capabilities makes it a valuable asset in applications, such as mobile phone repair, jewelry welding and precision welding.
