The HD-A23001 is a compact all-in-one economy digital USB microscope with 12.5″ HD LCD for ergonomic viewing and USB output to computer for measurement. The manual focus system has magnification range of 5x to 55x, which is changed by adjusting working distance between scope and target. HD-A23001 has long working distance range of 1.25 inches to 12.5 inches (31.75mm to 317.50mm), which provides ample clearance for assembly and quality control inspections while providing sufficient field of view range (0.2″ to 2.44″). Because the economy digital USB microscope has a built in 12.5” monitor with tiltable positioning, it saves on benchtop footprint for the monitor and also maintains healthy ergonomics for the operator to minimize eye and neck strain.
The HD-A23001’s manual focus knob can be found on top of the camera for image adjustments to produce the sharpest image during inspections, and camera buttons control camera setting adjustments. 3.5 MP images (jpg format) and 1920x1080p full HD 1080p videos (MOV format) can be saved directly to SD card without computer connection. The camera is mounted onto free-moving “magic” arms with flexible joints to allow all possible inspection positions and viewing angles needed for PCB, medical devices, research, hobby, and QC inspection. The system is also equipped with external coaxial lighting, which includes both coaxial lighting and diffuse lighting beads that can be controlled independently for custom lighting adjustments in accordance to observation needs. Although HD-A23001 has integrated image and video capture software, PC connection through USB output is required for access to measurement software.

Unique Dual Layer LED Ring Lights
HD-A23001 has built-in external coaxial lighting that consists of both coaxial and diffuse light beads to provide uniform illumination of surface while reducing reflection of shiny surface. It enhances features of markings, recessing and embossing to highlight uneven surface of object and overcomes reflection interference to improve microscope inspection repeatability.
