HD801 is the ultimate HD digital microscope with 12″ or 24” HD monitor paired with the most advanced high definition digital camera technology to deliver Full HD 1080p resolution motion video with no lag time. The HD digital microscope offers magnification of 5x-122x on 24″ HD monitor or 2x-59x on 12″ HD monitor with long working distance of 4.5”-12”. With field of view range of 0.2″ to 4.1″, the manual focus HD801 is ideal for assembly, inspection, training, real-time viewing, image capture and motion video documentation. Optional rear 2x lens can be used to increase the magnification up to 244x with same working distance. The HD digital microscope has HDMI output and SD card for direct image and motion video capture. Still images can be saved in 3264×1836 (6 mega-pixels) and motion HD video can be captured in 1080p. No computer is needed for image or video capture to SD card. USB output is available for direct connection to computer for video measurement application. Customized camera built-in measurement software is also available.
The HD801 can be configured with various stands, XY measurement stage, and lighting accessories. Adjustable high intensity LEDs provide bright uniform lighting for great picture quality. Diffuser glass filter can be used to reduce glare from highly reflective parts. Polarizer lighting and dual arm goose arm lighting options are also available for this HD801. The optional laser light pointer is great for locating the inspection area. Measurement software and XY measurement stages are also available with the HD801.

The HD801 HD digital microscope provides extremely powerful measurement functionality including: freehand lines, rectangles, polygons, circles, bicircles, angles, point-line distance and much more. In addition to the ability to measure point-line distance, angles, the length of curves and lines, the camera can measure the perimeter & area of enclosed features such as: rectangles, polygons, and circles. The unique calibration and magnification functions coupled with the ability to export the results to Excel or text files, make the measurements more convenient and simple.
