HD8TR is the optimal HD 1080p trinocular digital microscope featuring traditional microscope eyepieces as well as a trinocular port to transform the system into a digital microscope. The manual focus system can be integrated with a 11.6 inch Retina HD Display to provide superb image quality at 60 frames per second for inspection and real time viewing while maintaining the traditional eyepiece viewing option for optimal flexibility and also saving on monitor benchtop footprint (24 inch HD monitor also available). This trinocular digital microscope allows simultaneous viewing of eyepiece and HD video at the same time (on 11.6” or 24” monitor). The HD8TR is a great option for a standalone digital microscope unit: high resolution 6 mega pixels (3264×1836) images and 1080p full motion video can be saved directly to SD card, and it also has integrated measurement tools without needing computer connection. The microscope camera also has dual HDMI and USB output for optional direct connection to computer via USB port for video measurement application and saving image and video captures to computer instead.

The HD8TRm12 HD digital microscope has great clearance for assembly or rework applications with its long working distance range from 1.0 inch to 11.3 inch. The system has a possible optical magnification of 2x to 270x, and can be paired with different eyepiece (10x, 15x, 20x, 25x and 30x) and auxiliary lens (0.3x, 0.5x, 0.75x, 1.5x and 2x). When HD8TR is configured with the 11.6 inch HD monitor, the system has a possible video magnification from 3x to 828x, and a possible 7x to 1716x video magnification on a 24 inch HD monitor. The system has possible diagonal field of view range 0.35mm to 91mm (0.015 inch to 3.58 inch), and includes a high intensity LED ring light with adjustable dimmer for bright and uniform lighting.

The HD8TR HD trinocular digital microscope works great with integrated 11.6 inch Retina screen to help operator improve efficiency and productivity with proper head and neck position to reduce fatigue and strain. Better ergonomics help operators perform work better and with higher accuracy. The small mounted HD 1080p monitor can also be used as a presentation tool to show and display quality work for training purpose to improve communication and minimize errors. The motion video recording feature is also great for archiving training videos for operators to review at a later time.

The HD digital microscope inspection system can be customized with various microscope stands, including articulating arm stand, basic stand, back lighting stand, dual arm ball bearing sliding stand, or universal stand. Articulating arm stands can be mounted using clamps to work bench edge or hard mount to table surface. The viewing angle on the microscope can be changed from top down to oblique side profile by tilting focus holder. In addition to video measurement software, X-Y measurement stage with cross hair on monitor screen is also a popular option for routine measurement applications. Other lighting options, such as internal coaxial lighting (bright field lighting for wafer, die or cross section), polarizer lighting, dual arm fiber light guide and fluorescent are also available. The HD8TR trinocular digital microscope has many measurement functionality including: freehand lines, rectangles, polygons, circles, bicircles, angles, point-line distance and much more. Additionally, the camera can measure the perimeter & area of enclosed features (rectangles, polygons, and circles). Measurements can be exported to Excel or text files for further data analysis.
