HD802 is the ideal high definition 1080p high magnification digital microscope with superb image quality at 60 frames per second for inspection and real time viewing. High resolution 6 mega pixels (3264×1836) images and 1080p full motion video can be saved direct to SD card for documentation, training and communication with other engineers or colleagues—no computer needed! The microscope camera has dual HDMI and USB output for direct connection to computer via USB port for video measurement application and also direct image and video capture to computer, if application requires. Full camera settings can be easily adjusted with a mouse, which is interfaced directly with HD camera to use the system completely as a standalone unit.
The HD802 HD digital microscope offers long working distance range from 1.8 inches to 13 inches to provide good clearance for production, QC, QA, FA and R&D applications. The manual focus microscope has a diagonal field of view range of 0.35mm to 82mm (0.013 inch to 3.2 inch) and when configured with a 24” HD monitor, the system will have a possible magnification of 18x to 1914x video magnification. HD802 can also be configured with a 12” Retina HD monitor display, which has possible magnification range of 9x to 442x, and also helps save on monitor footprint on the work bench.
The HD802 is available with various microscope stand options: articulating arm stand, basic stand, back lighting stand, dual arm ball bearing sliding stand, or universal stand. Viewing angle can be changed from top down to oblique side profile, depending on stand choice. Articulating arm stands can be mounted using clamps to work bench edge or hard mount to table surface. In addition to video measurement software, the optional XY measurement stage with cross hair on monitor screen is also a popular option for routine measurement applications. This high magnification digital microscope comes standard with a high intensity LED ring light and an adjustable dimmer that offers bright and uniform lighting. Other lighting options available include internal coaxial lighting (i.e. bright field lighting for wafer, die or cross section), polarizer lighting, dual arm fiber light guide and fluorescent lighting. HD802 high magnification digital microscope provides excellent measurement features, including drawing freehand lines, rectangles, polygons, circles, bicircles, angles, point-line distance and much more. In addition to line measurements, the system can even conduct perimeter and enclosed area measurements (rectangles, polygons, circles). The software has unique calibration and magnification functions and can export results to Excel or text files, making the measurements efficient and convenient.
