HD706 is a high magnification HDMI digital microscope with complete standalone functionality through direct connection to a high definition monitor for live viewing. The manual focus HD706 can be paired with a 12″ or 24″ HD monitor to display superb image quality at 60 frames per second for inspection, real time viewing, training and communication with other engineers or colleagues. No computer connection is needed, making the system quick and easy to boot up for immediate use.
The HDMI output digital microscope has long working distance range of 1.5 inch to 10.6 inch, which provides good clearance for production, QC, QA, FA and R&D applications. When system is configured with a 12″ Retina HD Display, it eliminates monitor foot print on work bench and also provides adjustable viewing angles. The system has possible video magnification range of 2x to 982x on a 12” HD monitor, and possible range of 6x to 2032x video magnification on a 24” HD monitor. HD706 has diagonal field of view range from possible 0.6mm to 95mm (0.012 inch to 3.7 inch). High intensity LEDs with adjustable dimmer are included to provide bright and uniform lighting.
This HD inspection system is available with various microscope stands, such as articulating arm stand, basic stand, back lighting stand, dual arm ball bearing sliding stand, or universal stand. The articulating arm stands can be mounted using clamps to work bench edge or hard mount to table surface. Depending on your stand choice, viewing angle can be changed from top down to oblique side profile for versatile positioning. For routine measurement needs, XY measurement stage with cross hair is available so you can see measurements on-screen. Other lighting options including internal coaxial lighting (bright field lighting for wafer, die or cross section), polarizer lighting, dual arm fiber light guide and fluorescent are also available.
