The motorized UV digital microscope is a motorized inspection system that operates within the UV spectral range of 330nm to 700nm. With a zoom ratio of 6:2:1, the system has a magnification range of 0.4x to 2.5x optical zoom and can be paired with an objective lens to reach desired magnification range needed for application. The UV digital microscope is designed to be compatible with a C-mount camera with a 2/3” sensor size to deliver high definition digital microscopy imaging. It is a great solution for high magnification inspection needs and OEM applications, such as protein crystallography, forensic evidence analysis, and surface defect inspection.
The motorized UV digital microscope can be configured with various stands: basic stand, track stand, universal boom stand, dual sliding arm stand, and more. Infinity corrected objectives, Plan APO UV long working distance objectives and high power UV focusing objectives can all be used on the system to accommodate for both inspection in visible and UV spectrum. Lighting options include LED ring light, UV LED ring light, fluorescent lighting, halogen lighting, and polarizer lighting. The system is motorized to automate magnification adjustments, but can be configured for manual operation as well. The system can be paired with many different C-mount type cameras, some of which would also open up the doors to features like HDMI output to monitor, USB output to computer, measurement software and advanced image processing software.
